How we work
Enquiries come to us in many different formats from detailed drawings to "back of an envelope" sketches. If we think that rotomoulding is the best means of manufacture we will quickly work out a unit cost.
If this is found to be satisfactory we will finalise the design to ensure it suits the process and decide upon the best type of material to produce the mould; either cast aluminium, solid aluminium or a fabrication from mild steel.
Customers are encouraged to visit us at the factory so they can see the process in operation and discuss their particular needs before they make a financial commitment.
Once the cost of the mould has been established and approved we ask for a deposit of 50% of the mould cost. The balance is only payable when the mould is completed and a satisfactory sample of the product has been produced, testament to the commitment we are prepared to put into the project.
At this point the mould becomes the property of the customer and we are ready to commence production.
